Product Support Staff
(Jakarta Raya - BSD)
Responsibilities:
* Perform second level support for MF base products in case of errors during customer production
* Analysis the problem that is reported by customer and find out the root cause
* Gives impact analysis of errors from business view to be used by developer to fix errors or defect
Requirements:
* Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in IT.
* Have a strong analytical skill and understand business process of MF applications.
* Good knowledge of VB, MS SQL Server and Crystal Report.
* Good interpersonal and communication skill.
* Able to work in team, underpressure and tight deadline.
* Self motivated, mature and able to work under minimum supervision.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
